Working full time, two young children and having a farmer for a husband, make any form of exercise really difficult to squeeze in. The online classes have been amazing as I can do them with the kids, no childcare needed. I was nervous as I'm so unfit but they're really tailored to all abilities with lots of adaptions. They're great fun and the instructors are really friendly and helpful

Unity's zoom classes have really added a new dimension to my training. Although I have kept a good training routine up throughout lockdown nothing beats a good well structured class suitable for all ages and abilities with friendly, encouraging and well qualified coaches.
I have known the coaching crew at Unity in various guises over the last 3 years and they are the best I've come across in my 6 years doing Functional Fitness training. I would recommend them to any one and know they will make Unity Fitness Berwick an awesome place to train.

The zoom classes have been a blessing for me, as I’d reached a bit of a lull / plateau in my lockdown workouts.
Even for someone of dare I say it, reasonable fitness levels and knowledge of workouts, the content and structure of the classes has been top drawer!!!

Unity fitness is a wonderful gym environment, the coaches are friendly ,classes can be tailored to every fitness need and the atmosphere all round is brilliant.The coaches have been phenomenal with pregnancy and postpartum care alongside this, each class we have managed to tailor for my ability, there really is something for all in the program!Highly recommend giving Unity a bash to achieve your fitness goals and be part of an ever growing community.

Right from the word go this place holds something so special within.
A facility and community like no other.
From someone who suffers daily with poor mental health this place plays a HUGE positive part in my ongoing journey to a better mental wellbeing.
A warm friendly atmospehere on opening the door , with various great coaches all with huge amounts of knowledge and, understanding.
That first step forward is always the hardest but , believe me that step will never go back ❤️
