Crystal Chui

Crystal has recently became a yoga teacher. She loved gymnastics as a child which she coached for a short period of time in a sense it led her down her yogic path. 15 years ago whilst visiting her family and travelling Thailand she was introduced to a new way of life. Practicing mindfulness and meditation has encouraged to her to have a deep sense of self and has a great drive for self development and healing past wounds.  She’s longed to teach yoga therapy for a while but divine timing always plays its part.
Crystal teaches mindfulness and meditation and is also a silent counselling practitioner, she is still under construction herself and currently in the midst of completing her level 2 gym and fitness instructor and level 3 PT qualification.  In the future she longs to promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and feels it's her soul's purpose to help others heal and nurture their natural wellbeing whether beginners or advanced. We can all learn from others from all walks of life!
