Steven is one of our head coaches here at Unity Fitness Berwick. Steven fell into Functional Fitness Training by accident, after originally using it as a form of fitness for his Downhill Mountain Biking, in which he competed in the Semi Pro (Expert) division at National and European race level. Since finding Functional Fitness, Downhill Racing has taken a back seat and Steven now puts all of his training efforts into competing in National and International Functional Fitness Events, recently qualifying for a worldwide event after finishing within the top 10 in the UK. Steven completed his CFL1 in 2018 allowing him to share his passion and knowledge for functional training with others. At Unity Fitness you shall find Steven delivering the compound and conditioning classes.
