Monday 18:30-19:30,  Tuesday 06:00-07:00,  Wednesday 17:30-18:30,  Friday  18:00-19:00

Combines various training styles and equipment into a multi station workout which is repeated multiple times.  This style of training is high intensity, interval based which raises the heart rate, boosts metabolism and ensures optimum fat loss.

Capacity

Monday 06:00-07:00,   Tuesday  19:00-20:00,  Friday 17:00-18:00

Endurance style workout incorporating the cardio machines. 45 minutes of pure sweat with an aim to increase metabolic conditioning

Combination Class

Saturday and Sunday 08:00-09:00

Our weekend combination class is designed to keep you on your toes and push you out of your comfort zone. The class incorporates intense cardio and strength training to boost your metabolism, increase your anaerobic threshold and build overall strength.Come prepared to have fun, but work hard.

Compound & Conditioning

Monday 17:30-18:30, Wednesday 06:00-07:00 and 18:30-19:30,   Friday 06:00-07:00 (Partner Workout) 


Focused on strength and conditioning. Incorporating compound and Olympic lifts, gymnastics and functional movements.

These techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Treat yourself today — you deserve it!

Strength 

Thursday - 17:30-18:30

A 6 week block of classes dedicated to building strength and working on the technique of one lift. This could be either an Olympic Lift (Clean and Jerk / Snatch) or Powerlift (Bench, Deadlift, Squat). 

Daytime Fundamentals 

Tuesday - Conditioning Fundamentals - 09:30-10.30Thursday Compound Fundamentals - 09:30-10:30

Our daytime fundamental classes are the perfect mix of conditioning and resistance training. These classes are perfect for beginners or the recreational exerciser. Our daytime classes are currently on a trial period. 

Yoga 

Wednesday 10:00-11:00 from 1/5/24


Our Yoga classes have three main focuses Stretching Flexibility and Relaxation

Join us for Yoga and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
